DELIVERY & RETURNS
When your order is sent, an email containing the tracking link for your package will be sent to you. Click directly on this link to track the delivery status of your order.
You can also consult this information in your customer account in the “my orders” section.
PS: this requires the prior creation of a customer account.
For shipments in Metropolitan France, deliveries are made in 2 to 4 working days from the date of shipment of your order.
First, you must declare the loss of your package to the services of the chosen delivery company.
But don't worry, we won't let you down. If your package is declared lost by the carrier after its own deadlines, we undertake to contact you again to offer you:
- Either a second shipment of your order, identical to your initial order, additional delays will then have to be taken into account.
- Either a refund of your order free of charge.
After having made your parcel search request to the carrier and if the search time by the carrier becomes abnormally long, we undertake to study the situation and may decide, depending on the case, to agree to send you a second shipment. or refund your order. In the event that you still receive your misplaced package, you agree of course to inform us and you then agree to return the additional goods to us, which would be at our expense.
According to the general conditions of sale, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Returns are charged €5 (amount deducted from your refund) for small leather goods or a scarf and €8 for bags (for the countries France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands). Returns are charged at £15 (amount deducted from your refund) for the United Kingdom. Returns are charged at CHF15 (amount deducted from your refund) for Switzerland and €15 for the rest of Europe.
Returns are charged $25 USD (amount deducted from your refund) for the United States.
Returns are charged $35 CAD (amount deducted from your refund) for the Canada, taxes and duties paid at checkout are not refunded.
We cannot offer exchanges for online purchases.
You will therefore have to return your order. Your bag will then be refunded to you and if you want another color or another model, we invite you to reorder.

At the moment we deliver throughout Europe, the United States and Canada.
At the moment, we do not deliver overseas.
MY ORDERS
On mobile, click on "Summary / Promo Code" in the summary of your order to be able to enter your promotional code.
On a computer, the box is located at the top right of the order page.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge is offered at the end of the order validation process (for any order over €100).
You will be able to choose the payment method " payment in 3 installments with ALMA " or " payment in 4 installments with ALMA" at the time of payment.
It is not mandatory to create a customer account to place an order.
On the other hand, we strongly recommend it because it will allow you to have a better follow-up, to be able to access your purchase history and to make your returns in one click.
Once your order has been placed, you have one hour to contact us by email or telephone to let us know you wish to cancel.
We accept payments by credit card, Paypal, Bancontact, IDeal and SoFort.
We never keep your bank card number and implement all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online. The transaction is carried out via our service provider who is the only one to have the banking information provided on the site at the time of payment.
PRODUCTS
All our products are made in Italy in the pure family tradition of Italian factories.
The leather goods are made in Naples and the scarves are made in Milan.

If you have accidentally damaged or broken your bag, we can offer you a repair package.
This package includes round-trip shipping and repairing your bag.
The price is calculated according to the repair to be carried out.
Once your order is received, you have 7 days to notice a defect in your item.
If this is the case, please contact us directly at the following address: contact@basile.fr in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Once this deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to respond to your request and your order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
